It was a great year for real estate in the Ozarks! In this post, we’re going to take a deep dive into the data to find out what the key performance indicators were in 2017 and what it means for the 2018 market. Long story short, it was a great year for sellers because inventory was low. This meant buyers had to act quickly to lock down the home they liked. Homes prices went up significantly, which is a great sign for sellers, too! Moving into 2018, we’re looking for more listings to strengthen the market and give buyers more options to choose from.
