Springfield’s only self-serve beer bar will be making an appearance at Wingapalooza this year.  They usually serve their wings naked with the sauce of your choice. Check ’em out!

Big Whiskey’s American Bar & Grill

Big Whiskey’s knows wings.  They serve award-winning jumbo wings at all of their locations with the sauce of your choice. They took home quite a few awards at last year’s event, so keep an eye on these folks!

Bair’s Bar and Grill

Bair’s might be known for it’s vast array of burgers, but the wings will be on full display Saturday night.  Bair’s does bone-in and boneless wings with 20 different sauces, including honey Sriracha, teriyaki and BBQ ranch.

Coyote’s Bar & Grill Nixa

Coyote’s Adobe Cafe has won many awards at Wingapalooza over the years.  They’re always in the running for the People’s Choice Award and the Judge’s Choice Award.  They dish out 23 flavors in both regular and twice-fried varieties.  This is one booth you definitely need to stop at if you’ve never been there before.  And if you have been to Coyote’s, you’ll be stopping there too!

Dublin’s Pass

As you probably guessed by the name, Dublin’s Pass is an Irish-style pub with some seriously good food.  They serve three different kinds of jumbo wings.  Perhaps the most popular is the Guinness Wing, which is tossed in a BBQ sauce made by the stout beer maker.  They also serve salt & vinegar wings and Bushmill’s BBQ wings.

Gettin’ Basted

The food truck with the giant pig on the side, Gettin’ Basted, is the two-time Rock’N’Ribs Grand Champion and they’ll be reppin’ the mobile restaurant culture at Winga this year.  Gettin’ Basted boasts some serious recognition for the barbecue they cook up, so this will be a good one to swing by on Saturday.

Harbell’s

Harbell’s has been slinging wings in downtown Springfield since 2011.  If you’ve been there on a Wednesday, you know about the wings already.  They have 75¢ wings all day for Hump Day.  Those same wings will be on full display at Wingapalooza!

Iguana Roja

Iguana Roja were the darlings of the 2015 Wingapalooza.  They took home the judge’s choice award, rookie of the year, best BBQ wings, best exotic wings and best traditional buffalo wings.  It was a pretty good year for these folks.  They were also visited by 90s alt-rock band Smashing Pumpkins back in February.  Check this one out for sure!

Patton Alley Pub

Patton Alley’s boneless wings from the appetizer menu have some really interesting flavors.  They make wasabi, garlic butter, and the ultimate Patton Alley hot wing, Wicked Hot.  Just be sure to have something to drink on hand when you take on the Wicked Hot.

Speedy’s Cowabunga

Speedy’s is quickly becoming one of the most popular food trucks in the city, and the wings they make are one of the reasons.  They’ve taken home multiple awards from Lord of the Wings and might make a play for some hardware at Winga this year!
