The City of Marshfield is a Fourth Class City. Our population is comprised of 6,633 wonderful citizens. The City of Marshfield is located on Interstate 44, with the Historic Route 66 running through the City. Marshfield is home to the invention of the Hubble Telescope for NASA and now too many housing developments that help in the population growth.
