Home Sales

Home sales normalized in 2022 as the pandemic real estate rush settled down and interest rates began to increase. Home Prices

Median Sale Price by Month

Home prices continued to rise into the middle of 2022 until the Fed raised the federal funds rate in order to curb inflation in the housing market and the economy as a whole. 5 Year Median Sale Price

Data gathered January 4, 2023 from MLS data for Greene, Christian, and Webster counties for residential properties during the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
