The Newest Way to See Homes For Sale in the Ozarks

We’re always looking for new ways to make sure our clients’ homes are easy and fun to view. We also want to make sure we have the latest technology to give buyers the best possible representation of listings on the market. One of the best ways we’ve found to push the envelope in the real estate market is through interactive 3D floorplans through Matterport. This new technology offers users the ability to tour homes at their own pace and in the way the want, all from the comfort of their own homes.

Matterport uses a special camera that takes 360-degree images and stitches them together to form a digital space. This space can then be navigated by clicking “ports” that are represented by blue circles on the floor of the property. When viewing a Matterport 3D scan, you can experience the inside of a home on the market in virtually the same way you would in person.
