I’m a Missouri girl. I grew up in a small town in rural Southeast Missouri. We didn’t have traffic lights, just a four way stop where people waved to each other. We only had two channels on TV, slept with our doors unlocked at night, and high school sports games were like an entire town reunion. As a kid, if you did anything wrong your mom knew about it before you got home. We valued our family, friends, and neighbors. When something bad happened to someone, everyone pitched in to help.
Growing up in that environment instilled the value of hard work, integrity, family & friends, commitment, and a sense of community. I was taught to work hard and be proud of who you are. The lessons I learned growing up are a big part of who I am today. After leaving Southeast Missouri I made my way to Springfield and I love this community. There is no place like the Ozarks! It is the perfect blend of culture and outdoor beauty. Springfield has access to everything you need but it’s still small enough to have those small-town values. My husband Ryan and I have three children; Alex, Megan, and Hollis. Add in four crazy dogs and life is complete. We love to spend time with our family and friends, kayak, camp, and travel. We enjoy spending summers boating on Table Rock Lake or kayaking many of our beautiful rivers. I'm incredibly blessed to have met and worked with so many great people here in the Ozarks and I'm proud to call it home.

As a realtor, I represent home buyers and sellers in Southwest Missouri. My goal is to help people by taking the stress out of the process. I work with people in Springfield, Battlefield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Willard, and the gorgeous Table Rock Lake area. Having grown up in a small town, I also enjoy working with people searching for or selling rural properties in the Ozarks. I feel my creative, enthusiastic, and resourceful nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires for finding the perfect home as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character to position it to sell. I have over 15 years of marketing experience and I understand how to take advantage of technology to find my clients the perfect home and to market homes to buyers in today’s ever-changing environment.

I want to find you the home you truly want. I will listen to your needs and diligently search for homes that fit those needs. I know your life is busy and I will make myself available around your schedule. I will also search for homes that provide increased value for you. I research potential homes you love and determine what they are worth and if a lower offer could be possible based on the market data. I will also help you consider additional costs associated with the home including upgrades, repairs, etc. My goal is to help eliminate surprises you might face after the sale.
If you are selling your home:
My goal is to help you sell your home at the best price the market can bring. I will share data to help you understand market conditions and help you get the most from your home. I will provide you with solid numbers regarding your home. I’m honest and upfront with my feedback regarding updates and changes that will help increase the value of your home and make it more marketable. Because most buyers start their search online I will ensure that we have exceptional photos that market the beauty of your home. Using the Murney network I will actively network and communicate with the other top agents in the Ozarks to market your home. I’ll also bring you buyer feedback and responses to showings so we can get a better understanding of how your home is perceived and what things we can do to improve showings in the future.
What you can expect when you work with me:
- Communication: I communicate with you in the way you want to communicate. Talk, text, email… I can do it all. The only thing I don’t have is a messenger pigeon ;) I understand that your life is busy. I make myself available to my clients when and where they have time. I promptly respond to your calls or messages.
- I do what I say I will do: My name and reputation is very important to me. I do what I say I will do. When you work with me I want you to know that I am diligently following through on my commitments to you. If there is a change that doesn’t allow something to happen, I’m going to communicate that to you right away.
- Hate to Wait: Today’s market moves fast. I move faster. I want to be your “real-time” realtor. When you want to view a house that was just placed on the market, let’s do it. I hate to wait and I know you do too. Don’t be afraid to reach out last minute and if there is a way I can make it happen, I will.
