Wanda grew up in a small town in Alabama where she learned to respect others and treat everyone as you would want to be treated. Her personality boast southern charm. I don’t think that she has ever met a stranger. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a nursing degree and later became a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Through her college and nursing career, she learned the value of hard work, which she still values today and brings that work ethic to her realtor career.
Wanda has lived in the Nixa/Springfield area since 2003 when her family relocated for her husband’s job. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time here in the Ozarks and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Her favorite things about the area include: the friendly people and spending time outdoors.
With her free time, Wanda enjoys hiking, mountain biking and kayaking with her daughter and husband. She is an avid water skier and likes to spend time on Table Rock Lake in the summer. She is an active member in the NHS Theater Booster Club and spends time watching her daughter perform there. One of her favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning is to stroll around the Farmer’s Market with friends, family and of course her two large black dogs. You may have seen them there. Please feel free to stop her and introduce yourself to her and her dogs.
Wanda is an easy-going, honest, hardworking individual and working with her is sure to be a pleasurable experience. If you are looking for someone to go the extra mile for you when you are either selling or buying your home then Wanda is the realtor for you.
